Central Sacramento Studios is an existing 94-unit operating hotel located in downtown Sacramento. The Project will be renovated into a 93-unit Permanent Supportive Housing project with an on-site manager’s unit. The project will be funded with a combination of State HCD and Housing Authority of the City of Sacramento funds. The State HCD funding will be provided via Project Homekey. The Housing Authority of the City of Sacramento has also awarded the project funds and Project Based Vouchers on each affordable unit. Each unit will be equipped with a kitchenette. A community laundry facility will be on each floor and on the first floor there will be a smoking area, community garden and recreational area for residents.
