Solano Landing | 2316 Rockville Road, Fairfield CA 94534
The Solano Landing project consists of the mixed-use boutique development of an approximately 9.5-acre site at the junction of Suisun Valley Road and Rockville Road in Fairfield CA. Much of the site is clear, there is a small commercial building to demo at the northwest edge of the property.
Domestic water is to be provided from an on-site well, storage tanks, and treatment facility that will be priced later due to lack of information. Plans are in preliminary stages as the selected General Contractor will assist in completing design with cost control systems and materials while still meeting the goals of the project’s aesthetic and performance.
The development will include a 5,810-sf Market building, six stand-alone ~1,500-sf Tasting Room buildings, a 4,347-sf Dining Hall/Multi-Purpose building, an 1,803-sf Hotel building, six 580-sf Poolside Cottages (future phase), six 1,200-sf Duplex Cottages (future phase), a Swimming Pool with 640-sf Pool Equipment/Showers/Restroom building (future phase), a 7,663-sf Restaurant building (cold dark shell), an amphitheater, and a 910-sf Utility Building. The development will have three access points, two from Suisun Valley Road and one from Rockville Road, and includes 266 parking stalls.
